It is a special 24-hour period to highlight the work and worth of nonprofits and schools all across Minnesota and a day for generous Minnesotans to give back what they can to the causes

Give to the Max Day

and organizations that mean the most to them. And as a bonus, GiveMN offers thousands of dollars in prizes to provide a little excitement, start some friendly competition and help donors make their dollars go farther. In it's first 11 years, donors have given more than $190 million to 10,000 nonprofits and schools as part of Give to the Max Day. Give to the Max Day 2023 will be held on the 16th of November. More information about the event to come during the summer of 2023.

All the work done by Cause for Paws is funded entirely by donations. Cause for Paws cat rescue of MN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the IRS.

In addition to monetary donations, Cause for Paws continues to succeed with the much appreciated help from our volunteers. Whether it's volunteering to foster cats, offering your time to help at one of our events, made in-kind donations of canned or dry food, donated kitty litter, made & donated fleece blankets, provided toys or other items, we truly appreciate it all.
